Delivery area

We only deliver to addresses in the EU from our warehouse in Germany.

Shipping costs

From an order value of EUR 400.-- we deliver free of charge from our warehouse in Germany.

With an order value under Euro 400.-- we calculate the shipping costs as follows:
Germany = €4.95
Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria from €8.95
Denmark, Italy, Poland, Spain and the Czech Republic from €14.95
Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary from €16.95

Availability & delivery times

Stock items: Delivery time for in-stock items is usually 1 - 3 days. 

Out of stock: For items that have not yet been released or are currently out of stock, the delivery dates listed in the webshop apply. These delivery dates are calculated based on our experience with our supplier.

Delivery services
Parcel deliveries are usually made with DHL or DPD. Larger shipments are sent with our contract carriers. Our delivery services always try to deliver the shipment as soon as possible. Nevertheless, we ask for your understanding if there should be a delay in delivery. These are mostly due to weather or traffic conditions.
